Watch out for this little girl -- she may look slender and fragile but she is tough as nails on the track. The Jitterbrat finished her RCH in just a handful of meets in very tough Pacific Northwest competition and finished her oval championship with multiple meet wins. She finished her SORC at 22 months of age in just eleven total NOTRA meets and her SORCII just four months later with a win at the 2007 NOTRA National.

He always gives the proverbial 110% at everything he does from racing to tricks to being a school visual aid. He finished his ASFA FCh in four trials, including a BIF win which also made him the whippet winner of the PNW Versatility Weekend in 2006. He has his OTRM4 as well as a hard-earned ORC and 8 points toward his RCH. As a reward he was bred to a champion show-bred bitch and produced some cute dual-purpose pups last year.

Valkyrie is a new SRCH!
Four years and two months after completing her RCH, she squeaked out her last two points (she has earned five national points this year).
Lovely and typey, fast and agile, smart and funny, Valkyrie is my pride and joy. She has inherited her father's speed and her mother's heart and a special personality and beauty that is all Valk. A titled meet winner in both NAWRA and NOTRA, number five NAWRA dog for 2002, second place in her only NACA hunt, Valkyrie continues to delight me with her talent and drive. Her pups sired by Kentfield's Neoptolemus SORC SRCH WRCH are running all over the country, three have finished RCHs, two are oval meet winners, two are NOFCA hunt winners, and one was the BOB at the 2006 ASFA II.

He was in the 2004 and 2005 NAWRA Top Ten and placed fourth at the 2004 NAWRA National AND the 2005 NAWRA National AND the 2006 NAWRA National, and was winner of the 2005 Northwest Versatility Weekend which included NAWRA, NOTRA, and ASFA lure coursing

The second Podliwog to finish a racing title, in just five NAWRA meets, is Crotalus. He followed up his RCH with three oval meet wins and hopes to finish an oval title and then return to the open field this winter where he is also a NOFCA hunt winner.

Newt finished his WRCh championship title in Illinois a couple of months before his second birthday. He is also an "A" dog in NAWRA and may soon start his NOTRA career. His brothers and sisters are going to be hot on his heels soon! Newt belongs to Linda and Dick Statler.

Bravo lives with Michael Keating who campaigned him to the number one hound (all breeds!) in NOFCA in 2004, as well as finishing his NOTRA and NAWRA titles, both of his open field championships, and a top ten spot in NOTRA for the past two years. He also won BOS in the 2006 NAWRA National Fun Match under judge Lorna Leinbach! We at QuiXand are proud of the small role we had in Bravo's success and also want to congratulate his breeder, Pat Burlingame.

QuiXhigh Wendigo is co-owned by myself and Cheryl Pauley, she is a WRA, NAWRA and NOTRA meet winner, and is now finished with both her her ORC and her SRCH. Wendigo was BOS in the 2005 NAWRA National and winner of the 2005 WRA National. She is littermate to Rocs, second place in both NAWRA and WRA Nationals 2004 and number one NAWRA dog in 2004.

He finished his NAWRA Race Championship with an impressive meet win at NCWC's Iron Dog Weekend. At three years of age Dekker is a third year Grand Course participant. Dekker is moderate in size and build, and has shown himself to be a versatile and talented athlete.

QuiXand Tanstaafl, owned by Dave and Sue Burt of Tustin, CA, finished his NAWRA Race Championship on his home track in Orange, CA. well before his second birthday. Always a consistent force, and just coming into his prime, the powerful and talented Buddy is nationaly pointed in NAWRA, has participated successfully in open field coursing and is steadily improving on the oval track and is now ORC pointed. Watch for his children to debut in 2007!

(Mac Tonight RCH x Windyglen's Vitesse Manon ORC CC CM LCM)My first champion, Coda, racked up 34 national sprint points, a fifth and a second and BOS at the NAWRA nationals, and 14 oval points before his overly competitive, poor sportsmanship did him in. However, as The Red Menace is everyone's father or grandfather (almost) and has given me such delightful offspring as Valkyrie, Buddy, Gromit, and Wyvern, and a legacy of grandchildren like Rocs, Wendigo, Leila and the upcoming Podliwogs and Snafu-ligans, I wouldn't trade my tough, old couchhound in for anything!
